Breakfast Bars

Stolen from Nigella Express, by Nigella Lawson

1 14 oz can condensed milk 
2 1/2 c rolled oats 
1 c shredded coconut 
1 c dried cranberries 
1 c mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower) 
1 c unsalted peanuts 
1. Preaheat oven to 250 and oil a baking pan
2. Warm milk in large pan
3. mix all other ingredients in a bowl, then add warm milk folding in with a rubber spatula
4. spread mix into pan, press down to make surface even.  Bake for 1 hour, remove, let cool for 15 minutes, cut then let cool completley.


Do you know what size pan you're suppsed to use? or how many bars you're supposed to cut it into?


No, I don't-but I can find out and post it on Friday. I just eyeballed it-I spread it all on a cookie sheet big enough for it to be relatively flat, then cut the bars into the sizes I wanted them to be. Sorry about that-I'll post the sizes on friday.
